A meeting of the National Security Council was held in Turkiye under the chairmanship of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Axar.az reports that the issues discussed in the meeting, which lasted for about 3 hours, were announced.

It was reported that the issue of normalization of life in the provinces affected by the earthquakes that occurred on February 6 was in the center of attention.

The determination to maintain positive relations in bilateral relations with Greece, the determination to continue terrorist operations and the security of the elections to be held on May 14 were also discussed in the discussions.

It was also decided to continue the necessary work to ensure the security of the Black Sea and resolve humanitarian crises in the Russia-Ukraine war.
