Fetullah Gulen at centre of coup

Prime Minister Binali Yildirim has said there is no doubt the U.S.-based preacher Fetullah Gulen was at the center of July 15 coup attempt, Anadolu reported.

In remarks made to the media at his official residence in Ankara late Sunday, Yildirim said military schools had been the source for Fetullah Terrorist Organization (FETO).

"They have taken the control of the [military] schools, and they have fortified their power from these schools," he said.

"The ones who tried to refute it are in a vain effort. Fetullah Gulen is at the center of the coup," he added.
