Serbs in Kosovo erect barricades to protect administrative buildings.

It should be noted that the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, signed an order on bringing the combat readiness of the army units to the highest level. The army has been ordered to move towards the administrative line with Kosovo and Metohija.
