The first statement from SEC about the elections

Our organization has not received any serious comments about the election until this moment.

Axar.az reports that the head of the Supreme Electoral Commission of Turkiye Ahmet Yener, said these words regarding the second round of the presidential elections held in Turkiye today.

He said that the comments regarding certain deficiencies received by the institution were immediately taken under control and sent to the places.

A. Yenar said that the voting has ended and the counting of votes has started.

"The decision on lifting the media ban will be announced shortly after discussions."
