US will present aid package to Ukraine

The United States will present a new military aid package to Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that this was said by John Kirby, the strategic communications coordinator of the US National Security Council.

He noted that the package in question includes ammunition for "Patriot" anti-aircraft missile complexes and HIMARS multiple launch missile systems:

"We are using the package announced today to provide Ukraine with additional ammunition."

Kirby added that the assistance includes "Avanger" and "Stinger" air defense systems, as well as anti-tank weapons.
