It may not be possible to send Russian leader Vladimir Putin on a "well-deserved rest" in The Hague. So he remains the only person we can talk to in Russia to stop the war.

Axar.az reports that French President Emmanuel Macron said these words.

"If in a few months, we have a window for negotiations, then we will have to stay between the court and negotiations. And you will need to negotiate with the de facto leader. I think that negotiations are a priority," Macron said.

The French leader then said:

"I want you to go to jail, but you're the only person I'll talk to!"
