Iran, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and other regional countries intend to form a coalition to ensure maritime security in the northern Indian Ocean.
Axar.az reports that this was said by the head of the Iranian Navy, Rear Admiral Shahram Irani.
He noted that before that, Iran and Oman held several naval exercises. At the same time, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, India, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, and Iraq are ready to cooperate in the sea.
