Axar.az reports that this was said by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova.

"Russia does not and has never given up its political-diplomatic methods of ensuring security, which can be implemented in various forms. However, such methods can be effective only if all parties are truly committed to equal, constructive cooperation, the agreements reached on their own "Let them do it honestly, without trying to deceive and bend it in their favor. Otherwise, even the most beautiful schemes are left hanging in the air. Unfortunately, there is still no such attitude on the part of our American colleagues," he said.

It should be noted that US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said that Washington is ready for a dialogue with Russia on the architecture of arms control for the expiration of the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty.
