We will not be able to use the F-16 in a counterattack

Kyiv will not be able to use F-16 fighters during the summer counter-offensive operation.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksii Reznikov.

"F-16s will not change the situation this summer. It takes time to train our pilots. Our partners organize training courses for pilots, engineers and technicians. The F-16s will be ready in the fall or winter. Until then, Ukraine will use all ground-based equipment during the counter-attack," the minister said.
