Ukraine has created a network of well-trained subversive agents in Russia and supplied them with homemade drones. Those drones are also smuggled into the territory of Russia.

Axar.az informs that CNN reported this with reference to US intelligence.

"American officials believe that the agents carried out the drone attack on the Kremlin in May, not from the territory of Ukraine, but from the territory of Russia. According to them, Ukraine has created subversive groups of well-trained pro-Ukrainian individuals to wage such a war within Russia. The drones given to them are also sent from Ukraine," the information stated.
