Toivo Klaar leaves for Armenia again

Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union on the crisis in the South Caucasus and Georgia, is visiting Armenia.

Axar.az reports that Klaar said this on his Twitter account.

"I am flying to Yerevan in connection with the continuation of high-level contacts with the EU," the EU diplomat said.
