Biden to welcome NATO chief on June 12

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre revealed on Wednesday that United States President Joe Biden will welcome North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on June 12 in Washington.

Axar.az reports that the US head of state and NATO chief will discuss the alliance's upcoming summit in Vilnius. In addition to addressing the war in Ukraine, Biden and Stoltenberg will also talk about initiatives to further bolster allied deterrence and defense, according to the White House press secretary.

The NATO two-day summit will be held in Lithuania's capital city starting from July 11.
