Russia dealt a heavy blow to Ukraine

The destruction of Kakhovka HPP by the Russian invaders can be considered as the use of weapons of mass destruction.

Axar.az reports that German Galushchenko, Minister of Energy of Ukraine, said this.

According to him, Russia deliberately destroyed the hydroelectric dam and created the biggest man-made disaster in Europe:

"People have lost their homes. Nature and unique ecosystems have been irreparably damaged. About 20,000 homes in the Kherson region are left without electricity, and access to clean food and water is limited.

This is a war crime and can be classified as the use of weapons of mass destruction according to the Geneva Convention."
