Due to the man-made accident at Kakhovka HPP, the situation is extremely serious, and the Russian invaders do not stop artillery strikes on the area where people were evacuated, there are wounded.

Axar.az reports that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this.

"This is not a natural disaster or a manifestation of the climate crisis, this is Putin's disaster. What is he doing? What is he personally ordering?" Zelensky said.

He noted that about ten flooded settlements in the area are under occupation:

"There is no evacuation at all - people are on the roofs for the second day. They are deprived of drinking water, food and medical care. It is not known how many dead and wounded there are."
