All these lies are propagated with an insidious intention - to justify aggression against Cuba, and to deceive the American and world community.

Axar.az reports that the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Cuba, Carlos Fernandez de Cossio, said this while commenting on the news about the establishment of a Chinese military base in Cuba.

It should be noted that on June 8, the "Wall Street Journal" publication reported that an agreement was reached between Cuba and China to create a spy base.
