Britain sends 16 million to Ukraine after Kakhovka HPP

Britain will send 16 million pounds of humanitarian aid to Ukraine to overcome the crisis in the region after the explosion of the Kakhovka HPP.

Axar.az reports that the British Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement about this.

"This aid will support about 42 thousand people. At the same time, the amount to be sent will be spent on the work carried out in the region. The aid will be spent on shelters, basic needs, displaced people displaced by floods and conflicts," the statement said.
