"I hope Turkey-Russia relations will normalize"

“I hope Turkey-Russia relations will normalize”, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at the briefing held after meeting with Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev.

He said Nazarbayev contributed to normalization of Ankara-Moscow relations: “Nazarbayev held talks with Putin when we had problems in our relations. He made efforts for restoration of our relations”, Erdogan said.

Nazarbayev added Kazakhstan’s views on relations with Russia coincide with Turkey’s views.
