A powerful explosion in Pakistan: 44 people died

As a result of the explosion at the Jamaati-Islami party congress in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the number of dead has reached 35, and more than 80 people have been injured.

Axar.az informs that local media reported on this.

It is reported that the explosion took place inside the building at around 16:00 local time during the congress. The police have not yet announced the cause of the explosion.

Party leader Hafiz Hamdullah said that he was also supposed to attend the congress, but could not come due to personal reasons.

Hamdullah condemned the explosion, called the incident a terrorist attack, and called on the country and state authorities to investigate the incident.

As a result of the explosion, the number of dead has reached 40, and the number of injured has reached 200.

The number of people killed in the explosion caused by the kamikaze reached 44.

It should be noted that the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif ordered to investigate of the incident and identify the culprits.
