North Korean leader Kim Jong Un came to Russia as a host.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine while commenting on Kim Jong-un's visit to Russia.

"Kim Jong-un came to Russia as a host and behaved like a host. In its "domestic market" (North Korean society - ed.), it will show itself as an authority, and Putin as a small Russian tsar in its service.
