Flood in Astara, Iran: there are injuries

7 people were injured as a result of the flood that occurred in the city of Astara in the north of Iran.

Axar.az reports that the governor of Astara, Mohammad Reza Shahabzade, was informed about this.

"Heavy rain in the city caused floods. As a result of the flood, two cars on the bridge fell into the river and 7 people were injured," he said.

It should be noted that search and rescue operations are ongoing throughout the city.
