Papikyan refused to go to the CIS meeting

Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan did not go to Tula and did not participate in the meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CIS member states.

Axar.az reports that Aram Torosyan, press secretary of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, informed about this.

It should be noted that a meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the CIS member states on military and military-technical cooperation will be held in Tula today.
