The moment of truth regarding Yerevan has arrived for Armenia and Russia. Armenia's words that the ratification of the Rome Statute is not related to Putin are nothing but lies.

Axar.az reports that Russian historian and expert Modest Kolerov said this while commenting on the ratification of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court by the Armenian Parliament, which demands the extradition and arrest of Vladimir Putin.
