Yerevan banned Putin's entry into the country - Zatulin

The ratification of the Rome Statute of the ICC by the Armenian Parliament can actually be considered a ban on Russian President Vladimir Putin's entry into this country.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Konstantin Zatulin, the first deputy head of the Committee on CIS Affairs of the Russian State Duma, a pro-Armenian deputy.
