The cargo ship "Galaxy Leader" captured by the Houthis in the Gulf of Aden does not belong to Israel, there are no Israelis on board.

Axar.az reports that the press service of the Israel Defense Forces released information about this.

"The capture of a cargo ship by the Houthis near Yemen in the south of the Red Sea is a very serious global event. This is a ship that left Turkiye and went to India with an international civilian crew without Israelis. This is not an Israeli ship," it was said.

It should be noted that the "Ansar Allah" (Houthis) movement in Yemen claimed to have captured the Israeli cargo ship "Galaxy Leader" in the Gulf of Aden.
