There is a demand for fundamental changes in the international community, there is a need to ensure a fair approach to the implementation of human rights.

Axar.az reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin said this.

"Today, the international community has already formulated a demand for fundamental changes, there is a need to ensure a fair approach to the implementation of human rights based on mutual respect and taking into account the characteristics of the cultural and historical development of states," Putin said.
