Abdollahian could not attend the Security Council meeting

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian could not attend the UN Security Council meeting.

Axar.az reports that he said this in a statement to the Iranian media.

"Foreign ministers of member countries and Iran were invited to the meeting of the Security Council. However, the Americans issued visas to me and my colleagues very late, in the morning today, so it was not possible to participate in the meeting," said the head of MFA.
