Finland gave a note to Russia

The Finnish government sent a note to Russia today.

Axar.az reports that Maria Zakharova, an official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, informed about this.

Zakharova noted that Moscow was informed about the plans to close the "Raya-Yooseppi" checkpoint located on the border of Finland with Russia from November 30.
