Funds allocated for aid to Ukraine will run out by the end of this year. This could contribute to Russia's victory.
Axar.az reports that Shaland Young, director of the US Management and Budget Office, stated this in a letter sent to the leaders of the Republican and Democratic parties.
"Without congressional action by the end of the year, we will run out of resources to buy more weapons and equipment for Ukraine, as well as to provide equipment from the US military stockpile. Failure of Congress to approve the new support would bring Kyiv to its knees on the battlefield and at the same time increase the likelihood of a Russian military victory. There is no magic financial pot to help us overcome this challenge. We have almost run out of money and time," the letter stated.
