Statement from Iran regarding Pashinyan's project

Iran, India and Armenia are trying to develop relations.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Alireza Koohkan, adviser on international affairs to the director of the Center for Strategic Studies of the Iranian Presidential Administration, during his speech at the "New Regional Realities and the Intersection of the World" conference in Yerevan.

"The key to development in the region is peace. I am optimistic about the cooperation within the framework of the "Crossroads of the World" project proposed by Yerevan, including the cooperation between Iran and Armenia. Iran is ready for student exchange and implementation of other joint programs between Iranian, Indian and Armenian universities. It is by creating relations that the path to development and peace in the region can be opened," Koohkan said.
