Israel asked the US for 500 million missiles - NYT

Israel asked the US for 45,000 tank shells worth 500 million dollars to use in Gaza.

Axar.az reports that the "New York Times" has published information about this based on its source in the US State Department.

It was reported that after the State Department submits the decision to the US Congress for review, some members and advisors may reveal their tough position on the issue.

However, it was noted that the State Department is considering activating the "emergency" clause in the arms export law so that Congress does not make a problem with the issue.
