There are no conditions for negotiations in Ukraine

Washington does not see the conditions for negotiations to resolve the conflict in Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said these words during a meeting with Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva during the discussion of Ukraine and Gaza.

It should be noted that Blinken met with Silva in the country's capital. From there, Blinken went to Rio de Janeiro to attend the G20 foreign ministers' meeting.
