Ukraine will be able to hit Russian territory with F-16s

The Armed Forces of Ukraine will be able to launch strikes on Russian territory from F-16 fighters.

Axar.az reports that NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said this.

According to him, each of Ukraine's allies will independently decide whether to hand over fighter jets to Kyiv.

"However, the Ukrainian military will be able to use all delivered F-16s for self-defence, including attacks on legitimate Russian military facilities."

The secretary-general noted that all of Kyiv's allies wanted the F-16s to be delivered quickly, but the fighters would be more effective if the pilots and technicians were well-trained.
