The ambitions of Russian leader Vladimir Putin are huge. It covers not only the Baltic countries but also Georgia and Moldova.
Axar.az reports that Wesley Clark, the former commander-in-chief of NATO troops in Europe, said this.
He said that Moscow has been showing its appetite for the territories of other countries for a long time.
"Moldova, or the Baltic countries - Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. Or Poland, Georgia... Moscow is demonstrating the old, centuries-old appetite of Russians to conquer foreign lands," Clark said.
The general stressed that Russia is confident that the possibilities are on its side.
According to Clark, the main task of the world and Ukraine is to show Putin that he is not a winner, but a loser.
