We are waiting for Ankara to take action - Rubinyan

Official Yerevan is fully ready to normalize relations with Ankara.

Axar.az reports that the vice-speaker of the Armenian parliament, and special representative for the normalization of relations with Turkiye, Ruben Rubinyan, said this in an interview with "CNN Turk".

He said that Armenia is ready to open its borders with Turkiye to citizens of third countries.

"The decision on this has already been made. We are currently waiting for Turkiye to take action in this direction."

"Official Yerevan is fully ready to normalize relations with Ankara. This will benefit the entire region. There is no obstacle for us to normalize relations," said R. Rubinyan.
