Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad may soon hold talks in the capital of Russia.

Axar.az reports that he emphasized that the meeting can be held with the support of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

It was reported that the final date of the meeting will be agreed upon during the visit of the Russian president to Turkiye.

"Soon, Putin will come to Turkiye, based on the results of the visit, a day will be determined and a meeting between Erdogan and Assad will be organized in Moscow. I am watching the development of events with pleasure and interest," said Cetin.

No official announcement was made about the information.
