Iran wants to become the gas hub of the world - Raisi

Iran is poised to become an energy hub and safe route for natural gas distribution and transit.

Axar.az reports that Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said this in his speech at the seventh summit of the Forum of Gas Exporting Countries.

"Iran declares that it is ready to become an energy hub and a safe route for the distribution and transit of gas between producers and sales markets. "Iran, which has large natural gas reserves, a transit country position and its high technologies, plans to develop bilateral and multilateral cooperation with all countries in the gas market, especially with neighbouring countries from Central Asia to the Persian Gulf and its neighbours," Raisi said.
