The relationship between Putin and Pashinyan

Axar.az reports that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said these words while answering a question about contacts between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

He said that if necessary if such a connection is established, telephone conversations can be arranged quite quickly.
