The FSS of Russia conducted an operation in Dagestan.

Axar.az reports that this was reported by the public relations center of the Federal Security Service.

According to information, 4 people who participated in financing the attack on the "Crocus City Hall" concert hall were arrested.

They planned a terrorist attack on the Caspian Sea in densely populated areas, after which they intended to leave Russia.

The FTX said that the militants arrested in Dagestan planned to organize an explosion on the Caspian coast.
