Axar.az reports that this was said by the Minister of Emergency Situations of Russia Alexander Kurenkov.

"Given the characteristics of the region, you have to understand that there will be a second and maybe a third wave of flooding. We have to know how to behave. "All efforts should be focused on taking preventive measures to ensure people's safety and minimize material damage," the minister said.
