Hopes are growing in Washington that the House of Representatives of the US Congress will pass a bill on providing additional aid to Ukraine on April 20.
Axar.az reports that this was stated in an article published in "Financial Times".
It was noted that this will put an end to the impasse that has been going on for months as a result of the Republicans' resistance. But the mood in war-weary Ukraine is starkly different:
"The passage of the bill in the United States will allow much-needed artillery ammunition to be sent to the front. This will probably reduce the "shell hunger" in Ukraine. Commanders on the battlefield say that Russia is currently responding with more than 10 missiles for every Ukrainian missile. But Kiev will still face a serious lack of manpower."
