We believe that Kyiv will fulfill its promise to Washington that it will not use ATACMS tactical ballistic missiles outside the territory of Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by Jake Sullivan, the US President's national security assistant.

"For a long time, we have been checking the fulfillment of the promises made by the Ukrainian government regarding the use of other systems, including HIMARS, on the territory of Ukraine. They have already delivered on this promise many times over with the systems we have delivered, so we are confident they will deliver on those promises," said Sullivan.
