The head of the Hamas Political Bureau, Ismail Haniyeh, called the Prime Minister of Qatar, Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman al-Thani, and the head of the Egyptian intelligence, Abbas Kamel, and said that he agreed with their proposal for a cease-fire agreement in Gaza.
