I don't have to participate in the victory parade - Nikol

I am not obliged to participate in Victory Day events in Moscow every year.

Axar.az reports that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this in his speech at the press conference.

"I was at the May 9 event in Moscow and I don't think I should participate every year. I don't remember that the leader of Armenia participated in the event held every year on May 9. It would be surprising if the leader of Armenia or any other country would participate in the parade every year," said Pashinyan.
