The peculiarity of today's inauguration of Russian President Vladimir Putin is that it is a wartime swearing-in ceremony.

Axar.az reports that these words were said by Igor Korotchenko, a Russian military expert and editor-in-chief of the "Civil Defense" magazine.

"The expected long-range missile strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine prepared and directed by Great Britain against the targets deep in the Russian territory did not happen today.

Why? Several reasons at once:

- Direct ban from USA. As Washington analyzed possible responses from Moscow, it felt it was too risky;

- The Kremlin announced that it conducted exercises with non-strategic nuclear forces under the leadership of the General Staff, thereby preventing the dirty trick of the West on May 7;

- The result of data transfer within the framework of relevant operational games", Korotchenko noted.

Recall that Ukraine was expected to attack Russia on the day of Putin's inauguration.
