UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres will send a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin regarding the swearing-in ceremony.

Axar.az reports that this was said by the UN Secretary General's spokesman Stefan Dujarric.

"As every time, a letter (congratulation - ed.) regarding the swearing-in ceremony of the head of state will be sent by the general secretary," Dujarric said.

It should be noted that the swearing-in ceremony of Russian President Vladimir Putin was held on May 7.
