Currently, more than 600 trucks are waiting in line to cross the Russian-Georgian border.

Axar.az informs that this was reported by the Main Department for North Ossetia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

"Currently, 260 large trucks are waiting at the parking lots and 355 trucks are waiting on the roads to cross the Lars checkpoint to Georgia," the information said.

It was reported that due to unfavorable weather conditions in Georgia, the movement of cargo transportation on the Georgian Military Road was temporarily suspended from 22:50 (23:50 Baku time) on May 6.

It should be noted that the Military Georgian Road is the only land route of Armenia to Russia.
