The Kyiv regime has been collapsing for several years now, and it may end with the resignation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Axar.az reports that these words were said by retired colonel Douglas McGregor, the former adviser to the head of the Pentagon.
"I think that the Ukrainian government has been in a state of slow but definite disintegration for several years now. It seems that there is a high probability that Zelensky will be dismissed," he said.
McGregor added that Zelensky's resignation could end this terrible conflict.
