Israel will not be able to fully win the battle - USA

The US does not believe that Israel will win a complete victory over Hamas on the battlefield in the Gaza Strip.

Axar.az informs that Kurt Campbell, the First Deputy Secretary of State of the United States, said this.

"Sometimes Israeli leaders talk mainly about the idea of some decisive victory, total victory, on the battlefield. We do not believe that this is possible," the American official said.

He added that in the end, a great political solution is needed.
