Russia closes this border crossing point

Russia will soon close the border crossing point at Zvartnots airport in Yerevan.

Axar.az reports that this was said by Alexander Bortnikov, director of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSS).

It should be recalled that the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, told reporters on March 6 that they have addressed an official request to Moscow regarding the withdrawal of Russian servicemen from the Zvartnots airport. According to A. Grigoryan, the government's position is that Armenian border troops should serve at the airport.
