They play a key role in relations with Uzbekistan - Putin

The regions of Russia and Uzbekistan play a key role in strengthening relations between the two countries.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the meeting of the Council of Regions of Russia and Uzbekistan.

"Regions really play a key role in strengthening comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance relations between Russia and Uzbekistan and make an important contribution to the development of the entire complex of our relations," Putin said.
